Guru mann I would suggest you that why don’t you train someone who is beginner to intermediate level person and guide through the diet to exercise and posture. Cuz the exercise you showed is good but how a beginner or intermediate level person should train pr what mistakes you can see while training 😊 please keep this in consideration
