Ox carts, push bikes, motorcycles and walking are the main forms of transportation away from the city. Reminds me a little like East Timor in the early 2000’s. Great that you have a guide. What a bonus it was for you on that first obstacle. Let’s just build a bridge!! Difficulty and strife CANNOT EXIST within you, Noraly ! Looks, like #12 is better for Madagascar than Alaska would have been. No trepidation in trying the local foods either. Beautiful countryside so far too. I’m a forever follower and FAN…❤❤❤Rick

The suspension on that bike gave the visuals a super smooth drone like quality feeling at times.

I've often thought about that. The go pro's steady shot technology makes the videos seem smooth, however the dirt riders of us know that her body and equipment are taking a beating, the degree of which depends on the quality of the suspension.

That's good head tracking on noraly's part. Like a kingfisher on a moving branch, head stays still.

Hey Noraly. Madagascar adventure is off to a great start. Looks like beautiful country with the added bonus of not having to worry about lions, elephants or any other large carnivores . The tracks are challenging but you seem to have the right bike for the job. Thanks for bringing us along. Cheers and ride safe, Dan. ✌️🏍🇨🇦
