Dontdoittoyoself Its the AI's smartest difficulty they will sort of start reading plays if you do them to much. They are faster and stronger and really aggressive If you make the wrong play call or throw 9 out of 10 times its going to be a interception. It's basically if you turn to that option players will actually play like they are in the NFL and make barley any mistakes. And you can't change the difficulty on each side of the ball. Once you put it on rookie all the computer players play like rookies.

Actually the commentary is great... There was already an update speaking about preseason games! they spoke on how jordy Nelson sat out for the first preseason game. You can't judge commentary until the game has been out for a few weeks

ea did say something about having more fluidity in the commentary department along with continuous week to week stats updates for players on hot/cold streaks. So yeah, the review is a Lil shoddy in that aspect (for not mentioning/knowing this fact). I'll wait for the good Ol day one GAMESTOP pre owned version as well. just in case. EA & 2K (and now Activision) no longer deserve my DAY ONE money.

Morvicks Thats easy, Usercontrol. These NexGen titles have next to none. The computer randomly overrides your control at any time. You're fooling yourself if you think your influence makes very much of a difference on the outcome. That wasn't the case with the PS2 generation of games. You actually made a difference. Now, you're pretty much just watching an animated movie on the screen. I recently played 3 competitive games against top teams without touching the left analog stick the entire game. Just button pressing. The computer does all the work & dictates all the outcomes. The gamer is more like just in the way. You dont really need to know much of anything to play well. Its pretty lame actually. But yea the graphics are big, and the players move fast if thats all you care about, then awesome.

These animations are terrible. Once again Madden fails. The players move like robots, no fluidity and if you call making it possible to break 5 tackles on one play overhauling the running game then you need to watch real football because that's not a common sight. The sad part is I find myself liking madden 16 on my 360 more than my xbox1. The graphics on the 360 are terrible but it's not as "robotic". It's tougher for me on the 360 because of the lack of types of catches, MUCH LESS breaking of tackles, and it's harder to pass.

I remember one of my favorite features in any madden was having the Franchise mode commentary by Tony Bruno. Why can't we have something like that implemented? Lift any announcer or radio personality and make it an optional station wherein you can either listen to them or music. Or do random updates like Nfl head coach.

+LegitBoss2K not only that it's amazing it will be updating each week as well. So like if a player gets hurt in the real life NFL they will be talking about it the following week or if a player has a huge game in the real life and therefore they will be talking about it in the game. Or if they played a great game last week against an opponent it would be talking about it things like that. Plus instead of just saying simple one liners and repetitive stuff they're actually going to be engaging in conversations like how 2K has it talking about players and things like that not just scripted one liners. plus a lot of the stuff they're going to be saying it's going to be stuff natural that just comes out of their voice together on top of some things that may be scripted on top of new things that happen every week and new updates every week! which will bring new and refreshing commentary every week on top of the stuff that's already there! I think this is a huge Improvement to the commentary, and honestly I don't know why IGN says the presentation and the commentary looks flat because this is the first time in the history of man and in my opinion that they finally got commentary down correct! And it's a huge step forward in the finally making the right changes overall to elevate this game to truly bring out the current generation of gaming! And utilizing that to the fullest! And I'm glad!

Haven't played since 2014, and haven't enjoyed a franchise mode since 2007. Can I renegotiate contracts before their final season? Can I draft unscouted players based on something other than height and weight? Are there more than three rookies in a draft class with B potential or better? Do I have the option to edit my player ratings so that I can fix the CPU's mistakes when it starts lowering the already too low speed ratings of my skill guys when they turn 28? Is there a Hall of Fame so that I actually have something to aim for in the long run? Is offensive lineman progression still broken like it was for about 5 years straight? Can I sub an athletic defensive end at tight end in a goal line package or a college QB turned WR in at QB without having to change their position? Am I actually going to be rewarded for using real-world football strategy in online play, or am I going to constantly lose to guys who know how to manipulate the field of view or take advantage of AI bugs and run two plays for an entire game?

I played last night and I had a remarkable time playing the game. I've seen alot of comments on the "juke system nerfed to hell" bit. But I havent had that experience on All-Pro yet. On top of that, there is no "one juke for all" anymore. You have to really break down the situation and choose your move wisely. One thing i will say is that every other play I've had a tackle battle animation come up. Not sure how often that supposed to happen, but it does happen a bit more often than realistically speaking. Overall, I'm enjoying the game so far. Have fun guys!

That's because there's a serious issue with control responsiveness. Everytime we go next gen gameplay gets sacrificed. These fake reviewers won't tell us that. EA didn't fix that issue last gen so jumping to current will not help things. But it sells games. YEAH graphics whoopee!

actually 2004 but i am a bit biased because i have updated rosters (not entirely just enough) and then created teams and other things to assure the value of 2004. I am considering to do the same for 2005 with just the updated rosters. As far as your opinion, that's fine since both are awesome, i have both.

Lets Talk About Stuff it's always room for improvement. I really have no real nitpicks. I do miss the NFL films music they had in 10 though. Sam Spence music gives it that feel that nothing else does.

The Matt Ryan show could be coming to an end sooner than we think. If he can't pick up Shannahan's offense within the first few weeks best believe they're going to call Schaub's number. He's not conservative like Ryan and he already knows what he's doing(even more than Ryan from what Ive seen this preseason) because he's running his offense from Houston. I think he'd be way more beneficial in this specific drop back offense that were using. Ryan's a shotgun/system kind of QB and his lack of improvisation skills will more than likely be his downfall in this offense. Dirk Keotter had us all fooled, he made us think Ryan was special. I wouldn't be shocked to see the Falcons draft a QB within the next two seasons.

He talked about most of the new editions to Franchise but didn't point out some of them. They added Big Decisions where you choose your seasons goals, set up a playbook based on the other team's style, and start injured players before they are ready to return (but risk them getting reinjured). They also added practice squads too. Franchise mode already has a save mode in a game if I believe so. I've had multiple times where I've turned off my Xbox to go somewhere, came back, turned it on, loaded Madden, and I can continue off right where I stopped. Madden 17 is looking like it's going to be one of the best Maddens out there.
