How long have you been using the blender? Do you create the things you want to do with your imagination, or do you see a photo and do it? For example, is the place in this video entirely your imagination?

it's just copy material to multiple meshes and set uv no need of tutorial

I am doing the displace you did at the 8th minute, but I do not see the protrusions that you see, where did I make a mistake?

Did you select uv in coordinate in displacement modifier? Before displacement modifier add multires modifier
