@@Rawrrreee hiii! yes it went pretty well! I fell behind the last three days because I got sick but I caught up as soon as I felt better 😊 overall, it helped me feel better and I felt myself struggling less and less each week.

it's insane to me how i can already feel myself getting physically stronger just by day 5; on day 1, i was having to modify and take breaks, and by day 5, i could do the full moves in time with madeleine. now, by day 8, i'm feeling stronger than ever and able to add in weights to make the exercises more challenging for myself. im loving this plan!

Day eight complete! Maybe I'm delusional, but I feel stronger (?) I'm able to complete the workouts without feeling tired afterwards. I've even contemplated if I should do the workouts twice! I have never been a fan of exercise (hence my obesity lol) but I find myself excited to complete these workouts. It doesn't feel like chore to me. Good job to everyone participating! I believe in us.

i’m loving these workouts, they’re a lot more different to your other plans. just a quick question, would you ever consider making playlists that tailor to different types of workouts (like one for full body, one for stretch and strengthen etc), just so if we’re looking to work on a particular part of the body, we can just find a video in a playlist rather than having to scroll through all of your videos? just a suggestion, love love love the content ❤❤

I have carpel tunnel on my left wrist, so sometimes it’s uncomfortable for me to do it but I noticed my hands/arms are getting stronger. Usually I have to alter my left wrist and today I noticed I was able to be more flexible!! Day 8 complete!

Okay so I am in my period. First part, I had to take an extra long break because I was exhausted and I felt like I would just give up if I continued. Middle part of the workout was great (with the arms) and I felt the burn. I was pissed asf when I saw there was still other exercices (I thought we were done) after this . I did it, but I know my form was poop. Day 8 completed
