@@Rawrrreee hiii! yes it went pretty well! I fell behind the last three days because I got sick but I caught up as soon as I felt better 😊 overall, it helped me feel better and I felt myself struggling less and less each week.

There is no way I would have been able to do this workout when I first started following you, but I've really noticed an improvement in my arm strength since doing your workouts. Thank you! Day 8 guys ✅

I had been feeling very lost and depressed today but I still did it. and actually I feel soo good it helped me so much! I looove the fact that these workouts don't burn you out, on the contrary they support your mental health. so, thank you so much may god bless you

it's insane to me how i can already feel myself getting physically stronger just by day 5; on day 1, i was having to modify and take breaks, and by day 5, i could do the full moves in time with madeleine. now, by day 8, i'm feeling stronger than ever and able to add in weights to make the exercises more challenging for myself. im loving this plan!

Day eight complete! Maybe I'm delusional, but I feel stronger (?) I'm able to complete the workouts without feeling tired afterwards. I've even contemplated if I should do the workouts twice! I have never been a fan of exercise (hence my obesity lol) but I find myself excited to complete these workouts. It doesn't feel like chore to me. Good job to everyone participating! I believe in us.

day 8 ✅ When the session ends, I would laugh because I won't even realize it's done. Every day, it gets easier and more comfortable to do with my body. I felt different! Thank you, Madeleine

i feel so much stronger after 3 weeks of doing your videos. ive tried many channels over the years and your videos are the only ones that relaxes me after a stressful day at work where im standing all day. the chill music and steady pace is life changing. thank you thank you thank you

had a rest day yesterday but came back strong with this and yesterday's workout! I loved it and it was 10 times more exhausting after a heavy lifting :D

this one felt easier! my balance and form are getting better and more natural. i really enjoyed this workout though the arm circle section was killer!

i've been adding weights to your workouts for a few months now, currently redoing this plan with 2kg (~4lbs) per hand and almost cried during minutes 9-12 lol

i’m loving these workouts, they’re a lot more different to your other plans. just a quick question, would you ever consider making playlists that tailor to different types of workouts (like one for full body, one for stretch and strengthen etc), just so if we’re looking to work on a particular part of the body, we can just find a video in a playlist rather than having to scroll through all of your videos? just a suggestion, love love love the content ❤❤

You could make your own playlist 😊 That's what I did. I just added all my favourite arm, leg & core workouts from Madeleine and made my own list 😊

I expect to have shoulders of steel after this month is over. Once again, day 8 felt like it mainly targeted my weak-as-cooked-noodles arms 😅

I have carpel tunnel on my left wrist, so sometimes it’s uncomfortable for me to do it but I noticed my hands/arms are getting stronger. Usually I have to alter my left wrist and today I noticed I was able to be more flexible!! Day 8 complete!

Okay so I am in my period. First part, I had to take an extra long break because I was exhausted and I felt like I would just give up if I continued. Middle part of the workout was great (with the arms) and I felt the burn. I was pissed asf when I saw there was still other exercices (I thought we were done) after this . I did it, but I know my form was poop. Day 8 completed
