So delicious and that too without a pinch of refined flour? ❤ But the bakeries say that it's not possible to bake bread without maida they need to mix maida with atta only then the bread can b fluffy...

Yes also they add lot of preservatives and bread improvers. They have to increase the shelf life of bread so they make bread with maida to keep I soft for number of days. But we can bake atta bread at home and this should be consumed within 2 days as it has no preservatives.

Yes you can add instant yeast. Storing yeast is very important. Keep it in air tight container. I keep it in fridge. So in this way yeast powder doesn't get deactivated.

Hey guys, I just tried this recipe first rise dough doubled in half hr 2nd raise I waited for half it ddnt rise as shown here. I'm guessing a secret ingredient for viewing purposes. My bread cooks as I write this. I live in the South pretty sunny out here today. This is my second attempt at bread making.
