S it is a very tasty kojju.we cook with narthangai orange skin pavakkai vendaikai.especially narthangai and orange skin kojju is more tastier.compulsary we add vellam.it is a mouth watering dish.with curd rice.

முதலில் நீங்கள் ஒன்று புரிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.நார்த்ங்காயை சில ஊர்களில் கொளுச்சிக்காய் என சொல்கிறார்கள்.சில இடங்களில் ஆரஞ்சு பழம் போல் கிடைக்கிறது.சில இடங்களில் தோல் மிக தடிமனாக ஆனால் மணமாக இருக்கிறது.நீங்கள் இரண்டையுமே இதே போல் கொஞ்சு செய்யலாம்
