I give NSU everything BUT the halftime. stands and 5th, but BCU had a better show. Good to know the MEAC is still doing good even without FAMU

Norfolk was good man, especially being that they lost some people this year...but THIS BAND RIGHT CHEA?! Is just on a completely different level man. Cookman is clean, sound is simply amazing and they are still one of the few band that can put on a really good halftime. Everything about BCC was better, intro, DM's dancers, sound, marching, dance routine...props to both bands but Cookman took the win on this one. BCU continues to be one of the bands to beat imo.
