For anyone who comes 3 days late, where do I find the shnotes? Kathleen - loved the gymnastics story. I did an internship at a women’s correctional facility. When you saw the warden walking across “campus” to your pod the people who worked there had to quick get blazers on and have coffee ready and it was a big deal. The first time I met her I stood up, went to shake her hand, banged my shin on an open desk drawer and was crashing down. Might as well go big…I did a summersault, put my hands straight up and yelled Mary Lou! Just a few years behind you so I know you remember that moment well. Sorry, don’t think anyone is coming by later and have road trip with turtles buzz so having conversations with myself HERE.

I took a survival course for women given by a woman who taught hiking and camping I survived the worst part was being stuck in doors for 3 days with other women gossip and privileged I did actually learn alot about myself and safety when camping

Southern road trip fail. Riding in back seat from MN to Charlotte with turtle parents. Turtle dad - 82 - doesn’t stop for anything cool. First shot for this northerner to hit a Buccee’s and passed right by one. Yelled Buccees in your update voice and kept going. Abused. Jack would have stopped for you. I would love you to do this trip with your parents and document it. Much better than living it.

I'm a member at a planet fitness simply because it's less than a mile from me and throughout the weekdays, its 24 hours, which I like. This one is probably a 2 or 3 minute drive from the Cobb Energy Center where you play when you come to Atlanta, so there is a pretty dense population around it and I am always checking the parking lot and there's always a fair amount of cars, but during the week spread out over 24 hours may not look like as many as it really is. My membership is $25 but includes tanning beds, red light therapy machine, massage beds and chairs for free....and I could bring a friend every time I go, if I wanted. I have not had a bad experience yet, but I have seen KZbin videos where the franchisee takes their "no lunks" rule WAY TOO SERIOUSLY. Like if u make a noise while working out, or drop a heavy weight or let a machine slam, u are KICKED OUT. It is a gym, right??? Not a fucking yoga studio....As long as everyone is being friendly, who gives a shit??

Don't feed your cats Temptations (too rich). Feed them Crave and treat them with no more than 3 Greenies per day (for dental health) and (rarely) Freeze Dried Turkey Breast from Chewy. The latter is great protein for the outdoor cats. Also, some cats are lactose intolerant so I give mine goat's milk instead.

I was a member of Planet Fitness pre-Covid. The only good thing that Covid brought was it facilitated an easy membership cancellation via phone. No questions asked. I do miss the hydro-massage table though.

Dude. OMG -In Shape gyms are the same! They’re not cheap either. Tried to cancel them back in 2008 when we had to go out of state for end of life issues. They continued to charge us. Tried to cancel again when we realized; they claimed it was cancelled. Nope. In 2010, after major surgery and long recovery we attempted to cancel again. They said that if we wanted to keep our account that it locked in the price of membership back when they opened, otherwise… new memberships are double and heading to triple price. Huh? Family of 4 with daycare was $60, cost we’re going to be triple? F%#k off. In Shape is still charging us even after I delivered a signed letter to quit. Hate math🤦🏽‍♀️…15 years x 12 months= 180 x 60= jezuseffingchristsonofa… $10,800 🤢🤮🤬😡🥵🫢😑🫣🤯I feel like a 🤡. Grrrrrr… Well. I guess I know what I am doing next Monday.🤔

I am a big fan of yours. I was delighted to see your new podcast and quickly thumbs up and subscribed. After watching for an hour I had to stop. The constant crunching of chips and the background person laughing and commenting were too much for me. If you feel you need a partner to enjoy the input- please put her in front with a microphone. Two ladies having a conversation is entertaining- one making jokes and the other laughing from who knows where is distracting. I'm sure I will be criticized for this - it's just my opinion. I would like to see your podcast be a big success.
