I haven't used a hydro flask BUT the simple modern brand is a super sold on Amazon and I love mine! I've had ice in it for 12 hour shifts and it always keeps my water cold!

Girl definitely get a hydroflask!! They’re totally worth it. I got mine from Dick’s Sporting Goods online and used a coupon so I got a good deal on it! I have the mint blue 32oz one and I love it ☺️

I got a 40oz hydroflask and it was so worth it!! I can't always run and refill it so the bigger size helps a lot and it stays cold the entire shift!

Hydroflasks are SO WORTH IT in my opinion!!! I have the 40 oz in the color frost with the straw lid and I’ve had it for two years! So durable and keeps drinks hot or cold very well!

Hydro flask is well worth it-if you use it. The dupes are ok, but I’ve purchased knock off Yeti and the lid gaskets we’re not very good. Sometimes a dupe is cheap for a reason . But I totally understand and am mindful of budgets. Read reviews and see if there is a return policy. I like a slim profile bottle for my backpack . I use a larger Cup for home/office. I’d also make sure you can thoroughly clean all the parts( ones with a spout or straw) Which brand of pens do you like the best? I didn’t know about erasable highlighters! I just saw these gel ones -they were in a Christian bookstore . I hope you have a great week ahead Prayers for everyone who watches and on the journey! We are in this together!

How are you able to drink so much water throughout the day? How do you stay hydrated when you have 12hr shifts or your clinicals? Are you restricted to a certain amount of bathroom breaks or can you go whenever you like? I try to drink as often as I can but it’s so hard for me lol.

I keep my water at the nurse station for 12 hour shifts so whenever I have a second I will grab a drink in between things because I get so thirsty! As for clinicals we are pretty much on our own so I go to the break room and drink some water when I am not too busy!! I drink a lot in the morning before work and also once I get home and before bed!

I love my hydroflask! but its pretty expensive for a water bottle if you live near a costco check out the Thermo Flask, they do EXACTLY the same thing for half the price!! all my siblings have a thermoflask now

I have quite a few hydro flasks and I adore them! They are quite expensive, though. I got them at a 20% discount where I used to work, so that’s the only real reason I have so many. I would recommend checking out Kleen Kanteen! Much more affordable, they insulate for longer, and they come in some really pretty colors now.

The foldable clipboard... Does the center part (where it folds) get in the way while writing? I’m wanting to get one for my clinicals, but i don’t want to if it’s going to be hard to write once you get to the center of the paper.

Hydroflasks are cool but there's a lot of bottles that are just as good and a lot cheaper. But if you're gonna get use out of it, investing in a hydro or yeti wouldn't be bad

I’ve gone back and forth with getting a hydro flask just don’t want to pay for one. Amazon has a dupe water bottle (S|M Insulated water bottle) and honestly I highly recommend it. There is a bunch of sizes to choose from and they’re a bit cheaper than the hydro flask!!
