Lovely to see you again, great video and music. Have you ever tried the old sailors and settlers trick on preserving fresh produce? A cup of white vinegar in a washing up bowl of water then let your veg, fruit air dry it was what was used, vinegar was used on everything, cleaning etc. I do it on my fruit berries and veg, everything lasts for weeks in my fridge, there’s no taste. When you look at the old manifest lists of the quartermasters boarded they took gallons, as much as wine, rum and beer. In pandemics the settlers would scrub their cabins. Lovely on Plantain fries too! Fair winds. Thank you for showing us your journey.

As I watch you use your tools for navigation, I can see that it is so nice with modern tech to not worry about winding up in the middle of nowhere without knowing which way to go, or missing an island because of a slight course error.
