Let's build - Crypts & Graves pt.1 (Minecraft)

The first of a let's build series where I want to build barrows and show how I come up with a concept for crypts, graves, tombstones etc
Tell me what you think and if you would change something and what to add in the blank spot.

Something I've found that helps me with inventory is to keep all the materials i need in the survival inventory, so as to not have to waste time searching for the materials I need to build. Speeds up the building process for me.

Wow the terrain you're building in really lends itself wonderfully to this type of build and you took advantage of that in your usual masterful way. You go ahead and keep on kicking ass sir.

In that open spot, you should build a home for the person who watches over the crypts and graves. (dont know the name of the profession).

build there a big old tree which is half rotten and has not much leaves on it maybe some child graves between the roots (? dont no if its the right word in german wurzeln) some lonley victims of the cruely illness pestilence. btw nice video :D

You should build in that corner some sort of statue or monument and maybe add some "chairs" around it so people could sit and relax and think about people that are buried there :)

You should build a mausoleum on that hill to the left of the crypt! It's a lot smaller size but is a great architectural complement to the surrounding hills. I was thinking like pillared walls with a stone brick roof.

I think that for the empty spot, there should be a small statue instead of a standard grave. And a Message with one of your creative name. Obviously the reason for it would be that this person was wealthy and could afford such grave in his name place.

I think the empty spot should be a tiny dark-lit cabin for the garvekeeper. P.S can you eventually do a medieval jail/prison tutorial? And maybe use tripwire hooks as the wall shackles? :D

Could you please make a tutorial on how to make a city, with concepts like where to place the houses, where to make the roads, what to make first, how to plan a city, or if you should plan it at all, a good place for a castle, and alleyways in between houses. PLEASE make it because I really need it!

you continue to amaze with your ability to add detail and if u ever need to put names on the tombstones id recommend looking at Fable's graveyards cause in such a serious place u need a little comic relief

In the corner, you could dig out an area to put a tree (or a couple) and make a small alter or type of church for people of the town to pray and honor their loved ones!

Hey a tip for when you record in dark places, like this crypt, drink a night vision potion. It lights up the area. But watching your videos for a while, you might not like the blue bubbles coming off your avatar. lol :) Love your builds! Peace :)

21:14 Maybe build a little kind of "statue" or altar, where poeple can pray to the gods (or to whoever) for their deceased family members and friends, or whatever :)

I put red torches in my "dark" areas, create like a mood lighting, that way you can see all the little details :)

I don't know if it would be historically realistic but you could build a crypt with lots of graves carved in the walls,one on top of the other like bunk beds. Perhaps it would be where they buried the less important people such as the servants .(Sorry if my english is bad)

For the back portion you asked us about you could put a kings tomb. Where all the kings or leaders of you city are buried .
