There are a couple of songs of Madonna's that never get played or are forgotten. This is one of them. The other is Causing a commotion. I don't know why, because both are really good songs.

Interestingly, this along with Causing a Commotion is one of the songs she has performed on more than one tour. She has much bigger hits that she has NEVER performed on one of her tours ever. I think the reason these two are "more" forgotten is that they had no official music videos other than the live performance edits. They were also part of her "soundtrack albums", and since her movies were never really big hits, they kinda end up being forgotten along with the movies they were part of.

Dick Tracy was filmed in spring 1989, around the time of the 'Express Yourself' video (similar hairstyles there too), she simply recreated the look a year later for the Vogue video,. It was a full year later - but I agree the hairstyle at 1:21 she later reused for 'Vogue'
