Downside of these small restaurants 1. Employing Underage boys ? I am not sure they are above 14 years of age but doesn't matter employing them means paying them less wages 2. 0 cleanliness in the kitchen or where the food is stored , but he says he maintains pakka cleanliness. Sometimes using the skillets overtime without proper cleaning causes cancer. 3. No proper storage for idli or the chutney means dust from outside, flies, insects . 4. Business is run purely on profit basis but talks abt saving cost from rent, paying workers, electricity , I am sure possible tax evasion too. 5. Finally eating 6 chutney for 1 dosa is not a gift its a curse, Have healthy eating habits.they serve 10 chutneys is mainly to attract customers, that doesnt mean u eat 6 chutneys for 2 idli's . Ur cholesterol, BP , possible blockage in ur arteries , over usage of refined oil in fried foods. Am not trying to point fingers but eat healthy foods, just because they more chutney doesn't mean chutney mondu mondu uthi sapdanum 2 idli 1 vada mella chutney swim pana vidanum nu ila, use ur common sense people, I am not in any way supporting big hotels, small or big, certain things need to be done correctly for the safety of the people, letting the customer touch the food is never a good idea, especially in this pandemic they wear mask for name sake nobody is covering nose (whats the point). I blame youtubers who portray the better side of these hotels. Always remember home cooked is the best food, occasionally eating in hotels like this is not a bad idea, but watch what u eat, else heart la block, cardiac arrest next day milk tha.

Bad is never all bad and Good is never all Good, its a mix of both. So do tell what is bad too thats ok. Positive feedbacks &criticism help us do better in everything
