Wow... Fantastic platform indeed, Ian! 😃 I want to build something like that some day! Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

Wow this looks cool! I'm just starting out in the hobby, and this looks like a great learning platform. I was originally considering those little tiny whoop things, but this seems much more suitable!

Cool video. Do you have one where you go throught the process of putting the CubePilot together, programming it, etc.?

Between this Hexsoon edu 650 and the Holybro X500v2 which one would you recommend for which purposes?

I have the same question.

@@dhananjaysarsonia29 @Dhananjay Sarsonia I can answer your question now. This copter requires soldering and more technical skills while the Holybro x500v2 is basically all pre-soldered and you only have to click in the connectors and tighten some nuts with the tools you get in the box. Also the Hexsoon still requires a flight controller while the X500V2 includes a ~300 dollar Pixhawk6C For a first copter I would definitely recommend the Holybro X500v2 over this one if your goal is to get it in the air and do programming or whatever with it, as with the Hexsoon you're going to have to learn even more stuff about soldering and electricity. And believe me there's already enough learning curve to just get a drone up in the air. . This Hexsoon copter is a bit stronger (and heavier) than the X500V2 but you still need to buy more stuff (the X500v2 requires you to buy a radio controller and S4 battery though)

@@tempacc9589 I will go for x500 as my first drone then. I feel like it’s a little expensive but that pixhawk 6c definitely makes it worth it as I want to try and learn connecting different hardware and write some programs for them. Thank you so much for coming back here to answer :)
