I used to sell The Big Issue at the tesco metro a few doors down from the Gordon Ramsey restaurant on the royal hoapital road where she worked and spoke of in ths video when I was homeless, and Claire Smyth when having a moment to come out and have a short break, she would always be modest,, classy, genuine, with non of that do you know who i am nonsense. she is someone i always thought was humble enough to say hello to somone like me who was at the time living literally on the streets, her success is well deserved and she is someone who has earnt her success and has that way about her that I respect immensely.

Wonderful heart felt talk Clare! The UK is not pro-business. We like to bash people down and celebrate mediocrity. If the UK valued wealth creation it would introduce tax incentives to stop wealth leaving this country.

this chef is rock hard. Clare paved her way not by preaching the classic "i'm a woman in a kitchen with guys so it's harder" She did it with fucking strength and passion and I'm sure she can be a bit of a Marco some times. Super talented chef
