Annnnnd that just opened my eyes to how much the hospitality industry makes sense for the way I think, see the world, and care for people. I’ve considered being in politics, ministry, and then finally in business to make the biggest change I could make in my life. And here I stand in time, working on the largest entrepreneurial venture in my life (which happens to be in the food world) and seeing how perfect this all is. So much excitement. So much passion. Thank you for this immensely!!
