My father was very close to Shri.Mani iyer.Whenever he visits Trichy my father used to visit him.Some of the timed I also accompanied my father and listened his concerts in 1950's and 1960's.When I was a small boy.A great Maha Vidvan.

Mridangam is not Palghat Mani Iyer or Raghu, or Palani Subramania Pillai, or Umayalapuram, or Vellore Ramabhadran calibre. Playing is several notches below!
