I think a more customisable home would be great in general, I spent some hours at making my own themes for my 3DS. The Switch doesn't have that personality you could have with the 3DS and 2DS and at least backgrounds (for example using the own screenshots) would be really nice. :)

for 2:20, in my opioin everytime you play a game for the first time, every 5 hours you play you unlock a theme and there are 5~ themes per game. it would be the game develepors job to design them and would actully drive people to playing games more. if you already have 100+ hours when the update came, you would get all of them :)

yeah, i owned a switch first and a 3ds second, and also played wii u at a friend's. i seemed to notice that the wii u and 3ds had all these cool things and vibrant menus, while the switch basically just let you play games, download games, and look at news along with a boring static menu. nintendo REALLY played it safe with this thing.

Okay I know this is somewhat of a comedic video, but the themes idea is actually kinda cool. You can mix and match any colours you want, and make your background any game you want. Another idea for the themes is to take the captures you’ve taken and make them the background of you switch. Mostly because right now captures don’t do much other than be a nice “capture” **wink** **wink** of a moment of your game, so some more use of them would be cool.
