8:19 - the trailer for Mafia II released in 2007 has Vito and Joe whining about Frankie Potts' smell, making me think he probably was already dead and not too much changed in the mission.

@@Eptun Frankie Potts was dead in an ambush and Eddie killed him because Frankie was a detective for the police and he was a fake mafia for the Falcone family once Eddie found out Frankie was a rat Eddie killed Frankie.

The "Story of Frankie Potts" game proves this. Eddie finds out that Potta stole his money, and ambushes Potts, then kills him. Which explains his body in the car.

Modding tools become better and better every month. I hope that modders could gather all unused files and "re-create" cutted content to create a mod where we could play exactly that game, that we saw in gameplay trailers.
