I ordered Magfast August 2020 and have been giving the run around waiting on my shipment to arrive. I am wondering if all the money received went into an investment account to help the executives pad their bank accounts. If people have allegedly received product, why does my account as of today ( 01/18/2022 ) say product is in final development? Getting really sketchy.

I placed a order for the Pro Kit back in April of 2021, with the big promotion they was running, Thinking I could give it to my wife for Christmas, Well no shipment or even news of shipping so I cancelled my order (shockingly I did get refunded)

@@rrbb36 LOL ya ok, I cancelled my order because there was nothing about shipping well over a year later. If I got the product and it was good I would be happy. Picked up a Anchor charger for her that works perfectly and put a couple hundred dollars back in my pocket. So where are all the Pro Kit reviews????????? And now there pushing a stupid charging cable and not shipping there original scam product?????

Where are the reviews? This one is on TrustPilot… but you probably don’t trust Trust Pilot, do you? I bought my suite of products almost 2 yrs ago…and bc I have good sense KNEW there would be a REASONABLE wait time. What did you expect from a start-up company? Did you really expect mass production overnight??? Here’s a review from another satisfied customer, who apparently got in later on the Indie-go-go campaign. Lucky guy! "My order for 3 +1 Lux USB - C to C cables, placed on August 1st, arrived yesterday after a delay with the Canadian Border and Customs Agency plus the painfully slow Canada Post. The wait has definitely been worth it though. These cables are engineered and manufactured using high grade, premium materials. Much akin to building an aeroplane in the sky, MAGFAST are doing what they do, not because it is easy but because they have a passion for the company and believe in what they produce. They are working and using the ‘Golden Circle’ correctly. Because they have a cause or belief in their business they know ‘why’ they do what they do - not just for profit, unlike most businesses. They know ‘how’ they are going to do it because they know what sets them apart from their competitors and they know ‘what’ they do - produce premium products. My MacBook Air with 0% charge, went to 100% in about an hour while I was still using it - such is the ability to deliver power through the cable. If this is the premium quality that MAGFAST are producing with their cables, my anticipation of the quality for the MAGFAST family of chargers, currently en-route, has just gone through the roof. The cables are exceptional and I believe the chargers will be too. For those who were impatient and took a refund, this will be your loss. I ordered my two pro-kits in 2020 and received my life, extreme, and air sets a couple of months ago, and absolutely love them. The whole qi wireless not needing to have wires at all is what I had been waiting for somebody to come out with for years and jumped on it as soon as I saw them. Patience is a virtue!!!

I ordered the Pro Kit in July of 2019 and have yet to get anything . Right now, I'm chalking up $300 as lost money as they continue to scam people with a new product that they now claim is delivering immediately. In other words, my order will take at least 3nearly 4 years to deliver (*if at all) and they are now delivering new product (Lux cables) immediately to their customers .I don't really believe that their new LUX customers will get much either. They have run a couple of crowdfund campaigns to take from Peter and give to Paul so I'm hoping someday my outdated chargers show up at some house I don't live in anymore. Try finding bad reviews. It's almost impossible as they must spend all their time figuring out ways to flood social media with positive ones. Interesting how ALL the positive reviews have not received any product yet. There are thousands of pre-orders in my shoes and yet it's hard to find any frustrated customers. Something is rotten in Denmark or NY.

They are not a scam, just a poorly run company that can't figure out a way to ship anything. If any real customers had a kit, do you not think at least one of them would have posted an unboxing review on KZbin. I guarantee, had I received something before finally cancelling my order I'd have recorded and posted a review.

I have searched for information about other people’s experience with Magfast for nearly five years. There is practically nothing on social media. I wonder why? There is a little bit of info available if you visit the BBB website in NY state and it is not encouraging. This is the first bit of content that I have seen that actually ASKS THE QUESTION. I must say that I am surprised this video even exists. The logarithms seem to have hidden it well. As an early purchaser and investor, my experience with the company goes back over five years. I initially did business with them (before they were Magfast) when I purchased a product (I think they called it the Thing). It was a charger that fit the wall socket and allowed charging without covering up the plug outlets. I have a lot to say about Magfast and there will be more to follow. But, in the meantime, caveat emptor if you are thinking of making a purchase or investing.

I have been using Air and Extreme for a few months now. My Anker 10,000mah power bank outperforms Extreme. Air is only 6000mah. Extreme is 3 Airs connected together. The specs printed on it even say, 6000mah*3. They work but not a great value.

What do you not understand about being WIRELESS? Not sure what kind of devices you are charging but if you have QI equipment that sits flat on a charger station, you’re cute like capable. If you have androids that are not, you are a capable and you have to have them plugged in with a USB cable these come supplied with very minimal short ones that hook right into the charging boxes that are charged you don’t have to have anything plugged into the wall Desert these are all considered portable. I know you consider your cable portable, but wouldn’t it be nice to just have something sitting on a table in each room so that when you pass by if you think your phone needs recharged you just sit on top of it and you don’t have to trip over any cords to get to it. Maybe you should do a little more reading on the product until you really understand what it’s all about.

you know what’s crazy? I almost spent 800+ on the website in 2020…and just wait on when it came out but I decided not to because there was no review to see how it is in the real world. Here we are in 2023 and still not one product actually out to all the people that they stole from. I cannot believe the bs they all have done to so many people lives. There is always a delay to why nothing is out yet, Design problems, manufacturing problem, legal issues, health issues or just no reason. but they still accept money no matter what and ask for more in stock options and other crap they make up to pull more money out of anyone they can convince to buy some bs on the site, wtf are they designing new products and launches on them and still haven’t released the first ever fucking product…I’m so mad cause their tech was so cool in 2019-2020 and now it’s the most useless crap that no one can use anymore even if they did make it and ship it out. I also challenge to to find any lithium battery information worldwide that states a 12v lithium is rated to handle 500 amps/cca. Lithium burst amps is only good for 1/2 second. Too much false information for me.

MagFast is a great company, with great ethics, that makes GREAT state-of-the-art-products! I don’t know what your beef is “William”… but I LOVE my MAGFAST charging system (I bought the complete product line) as well as their newest product, the unparalleled “Lux” charging cords. The “Lux” is absolutely nothing like any other charging cord you’ve ever used, or seen anywhere in the world! I even bought several additional Lux cords to give as gifts this year. As the Holy Almighty God is my witness, this is an HONEST consumer opinion.

They have promised delivery for 4 years and have lied each and every time with amazing stories of obstacles. One excuse after another. What baffles me is the folks that say what an amazing product they have and those customers haven't even received it. Have to be plants for Magfast. Just look at some of the responses in this feed and tell me something isn't rotten in this Magfast stink. Ordered mine nearly 4 years ago and nothing... I mean nothing. Wrote them off a couple of years ago but happy to see they are crowdfunding and raising additional capital as who knows, they may actually found those chargers some day? Nah.
