would you find that speed fishing is easier using a whip say 8 mtr or use of a pole in very deep water for roach?

hi guys my local water has lots of 5oz Tench and quality golden rudd how do i avoid the tench on punch + maggot the rudd are usually 12oz + going up to 2lb shallow deep mid water always tench i can have 20 kilo of tench with the odd 3-4 lb tench and maybe 6 x12ox rudd in a 5hour session would love some feedback tyvm love your vids but im still waiting for jamies 11 min challenge lol
@WinningWays3 жыл бұрын
Not a lot you can do when fishing maggots, obviously try doubles rather than singles but generally as the swim builds the bigger fish tend to move in. So just a numbers game really.

Great use of the large lens Richard especially showing as the rig is put in the water how the bristle sinks as the different shot reach their set position on the rig :). One question I watched the rig of the month video, but what rating elastic is Jamie using and is each rig a different elastic or are they all the same for this time of year? What catapult does Jamie use as mine always seem to spread so far apart.
@WinningWays3 жыл бұрын
Green Slik on them all, and it was a prototype catty. But the Drennan Matchman (they've just changed the name to something different now) are as good as anything on the market at the moment.
