Great game, fun to watch! Always cool to have Ryan on the channel. His armies look great, the lists are always not the standard stuff you see all the time and the games are fun and close despite or because of that. Awesome!

Great Batrep as always! I have both these armies, and it’s great to see them on the tabletop! The GUO (conversion?) looks amazing. Pretty sure Rider’s of Ruin can’t affect Beasts of Nurgle, since that ability only works on units with wounds characteristic 3 or less!

Nice match. Great to see. Fun Nurgle list. Those blood knights tend not to meet expectations hahaha. I really liked the retreat from top objective by Jordan. That ended up winning Jordan de game. Thank you for the great content in the channel!!

Really Cool report, only thing I noticed is Riders of Ruin from the Blood Knights shouldn't have dealt MW to the Beasts of Nurgle; you can fall back and charge from any unit, but you only deal mortals if you pass over a unit, which can only be done if they have 3 or less wounds. Easy to miss, but can be impactful :)

Hello :) love sbgl and nurgle! not sure if it was done in this game but for SBGL they can do deathly invocation to heal d3 and return models in summonable units at the start of the hero phase as long as theyre within 12 inches of a hero and depending on the tag of said hero :) Also the 1 on the nurgle clock only has 4+ ward saves on heroes :)

Such a fun game! I'm realizing something that could be helpful to future players of this game. Something small really. Could you write the casting value next to the spell/prayer name? You write the d6+ roll for abilities that require it so why not do the same for spells/prayers.

Awesome game, i love the Nurgle list. But o noticed something, he cannot use Warlord. Are 2 Monsters and only 1 hero. Warlord needs 2 heros instead to be sub commander

Hey man, did you ever use the Deathly Invocation on your summonable units? You should be bringing back D3 units each turn as long as they’re in range of a hero. Can help quite a bit with longevity, especially with the graveguard. Also don’t forget that Endless Legions rule! Great BR, can’t wait to see more Soulblight. PS … invest in a Vampire Lord on Zombie Dragon, or Chadukar… Chaddy + Blood Knights = wicked fun times.

Horti when he summons a Gnarlmaw it has to be 7" from other Gnarlmaw's, AND 3" from all units, terrain etc It probably didn't matter in this game, excep space did seem tight and he might not actually have been able to put it down. Just an FYI Also the opponent just has to be within Nurgle territory to deny the extra 1 point of Contagion Point, not wholly :)

Blood knights can't move over models that has more than 3 wounds, so they should not have dealt mortals to the beasts. Also, did you ever roll for the skeletons recursion when you activated them to attack? Otherwise great battle :)

I myself liked the old wanderers with the "stop hitting urself" GUO alot more ~ also stuff like levitate autorun drop a tree fight something etc. chain summoning off trees etc.etc. think the book lost most of its depth sadly.. also the whole stacking mortals for drones thing~ i played it too much in its last edition i guess =D.. love to hear ur take ryan =) cheers

How did he get 8 contagion points in the first round? 3 for deployment,+1 extra , 2 for the trees= 6 CP

He get 3CPs for 3 Trees. Its both start of hero phase, so he was allowed to summon the tree from Slimux first. So he was on 7. Maybe his GUO had the Bell, then it could be 8 :)

My opponent & I both understand that neither of us want to spent hours measuring each millimeter and can agree that its close enough when we discuss our intent throughout the game. This allows us to enjoy the actual game way more, rather than having to squabble over every fraction to get things perfect.
