They have a kit at Home Depot it uses water to vent but I just got the silver vent hose from Home Depot and vented it outside hope this helps

Mines are completely dry just try not to over pack your machine. I also just put them back in if they are damp. Keep playing around with it and if anything you can call the Company for a replacement. Thank you for watching I appreciate it
