It’s working amazing. It’s like 12lbs of force per corner. It’s hard to pull off. Seems like many are doing it if you just run the same body. I run the vette and it seems like everyone else is too and the kots finalists had them. Must be doing it right :)

Magnets are great. I bought some from Amain but they are not that big. I like the ones you have.

they are super big. might not work for all bodies but i think if you plan and mount carefully they will generally work

Hey Chad try the chrome duct work tape by 3m what I use also help areas that has rubbing. Gorilla tape clear good to help repair cracks not good to stop rubbing it help with post scratches when the clips go.

So, I actually had this exact same idea for my Losi 22s drag. Did you have any issues with the body wanting to come off at high speed? That was my only real concern with the idea, but seeing others have this same thought process gives me hope

I went back to posts. the flashing tape got really messy with rocks and dirt and dust and then the magnets started to pull off. it worked for a while but in the end its gone.

Already have. Regular fpv and dji. Just search the videos. Dji is very recent. Analog was last year.

So just want to say that this is an awesome idea. Your weight is off. These are not 12lb they are 12kg which it says not less then 30 lbs. good to know cause I couldn’t find the 12lb. Lol thanks
