We have read and studied a lot about Flax seeds.. And *we are using it everyday..* We need to roast (fry) it lightly, just for 2 to 3 mins.. Then grind it to make it powder.. Use 20 gms (around 1 teaspoonful) of it in your food.. You can use it mixing in your wheat flour, ragi flour, jowar flour to make roti or ragi mudde.. Or you can eat it just mixing with curd.. I eat it like that.. Along with curd I mix 1 pinch of salt and a pinch of chilli powder also to make it tasty.. And eat it.. It tastes nice..
