Magical Realism ( No Amnesty atmospheric edition)

My first attempt at Adobe Audition, I created an extended loop of my favorite soundtrack from one of my favorite shows 'Narcos'.
This is my first Monsoon in India after many years, so I added an atmospheric soundscape that connects.
The footage contains stills from an upcoming documentary of mine.
I do not own the audio.

I binge watched Narcos for the first time in my apartment in Jeddah, winter 2019. I was going through clinical depression and used to smoke hash and go for night walks on the corniche with this song on my headphones...it was the most surreal and beautiful experience ever. So painful but so overwhelming. The emotions kill you but to experience such a strong sense of self makes it worth it.

The moments in narcos where the show just settles. So iconic. They re-use this a lot but everytime it’s like a nostalgic reminder that the characters are real and stressed out and sad. The actors do such a great job aswell. They act as if they can also hear it, all depressed and melancholic. 👨‍🍳👌
