Japan-exclusive, but making a Japanese account on PSN is a rather easy process and there are numerous tutorials on how to do it. It's also one of a relatively small list of Japanese exclusives with an English option.

I Can’t Believe It’s NOT Gunslinger Stratos under a different gimmick, from the same developers no less! After all, the ex-Capcom/Bandai staffers have been no strangers to arena-based fighters since creating the entire Gundam Vs. franchise and Gotcha Force among others!

Gunslinger Stratos (Arcades), Border Break (PS4) and the Gundam Vs. games (some are in English and on PS4).
