I love this video. I was a competitive powerlifter for 5 years, Currently on hiatus due to life circumstances. My training partner is/was top 10 all time SHW Coty A. When I was in the 220/240lb class, he was 360-402 lbs and this was almost exactly our daily training. Anything grip or back isolation related. We matched. Obviously anything involving full body, he would smoke me. SBD. But our eating was just like this. In breakfast he would double what I did, plus a last course, I couldnt do. I miss these days with all my soul and hopefully in the near future we can re create the legacy we have together as brothers.
