Wow, I'm so grateful that you channeled into the situation where it seemed like I was going backward. It was an intense, eye-opening reality check for me with my sibling that I needed to see the truth about her because it was the source of a lot of issues and problems I struggled with most of my life, not realizing a lot of it was coming from her. I was blindly loyal to her all my life because I sincerely wanted to have a close bond, so I was just programmed to tolerate anything she did and accept it as normal. I didn't realize how abusive she really was until recently, but it took that regressing to see it clearly and finally walk away from her, and my life has radically changed ever since.

Had a download earlier today about this relationship, and I knew it in my head, but my heart lagged behind prior to this summer. Sometimes we connect to and/or love our idea of a person/people in our lives; an idea which might just not be rooted in reality. My person was knowingly or unknowingly deceitful regarding their character through low-vague communication and avoidance of conflicts/conflict resolution . My mind, lovesick for them, filled in the blanks, as I idealized my person. A tower moment eventually occurred, which seemed to have lasted up to 8 weeks this mid-summer/autumn when they ghosted me.
