Eric Rosen might not be the GOAT, but he definitely is the calmest chess streamer in the world. His videos are the only ones I watch with full volume coz he talks so softly and I know he's never going to suddenly scream and make my ears bleed. Hey this comment is to improve viewer engagement and get your videos more recommended. Also, 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Qe7! is underrated, in many positions you have a queenside castle trick, where the opponent takes your a pawn with their dark squared bishop and you can push b6 and block the bishop in unless they find a4-a5. Not to mention you have very off beat g5 and b5 breaks in some positions. The engine says its bad, but you get into very messy positions, only thing you gotta remember is that dont give the d5 square to your opponents knight and you're golden. Oh and it's name is ofc the Gunderam Defence
