Rb3 fails to trap the queen cause then Bxc3+ bxc3 Qxa4, because the knight no longer defends the pawn. I didn't check with an engine, but it seems Qa1 was the winning move, to maintain the connexion with the a4 pawn, and you got time to play that cause Black's queen is completely stuck anyways.
