One thing I didn’t like about the commentary was that out of the opening and until the late middle game, the commentators’ tone was “This is why Magnus is better and this is how he will press”. After black got better towards the later part, their tone was “This is how white will be able to untangle and the advantage will fizzle out”. These tournaments show mangnus’s board for commentary because he’s the WC, but they aren’t even commentating about anyone else. Is this because Play Magnus bought a part of chess24?

do not take it seriously, of course, Magnus is better. Praggnanandhaa raising .. is a story like in cricket when Sachin comes to batting, we use to listen from commentators talking about his records :) many times he fails also on a specific game.. but still, he is best in that area. star is a star, hope we see Praggnanandhaa in the same position in a few years ..
