I think it's amazing how little Tim O'Brien's left hand moves. Very relaxed and so much control!

Yes, I totally agree. Amazing!

These types of songs/lessons give me the stink face. If you don't know what the stink face is, check out some Stevie Ray Vaughn videos and when he hits those double notes and his face gets all contorted, its cause it is awesome. This song is awesome, this lesson is awesome and you are awesome for teaching us Magnus.

Haha! Thanks! I will go for the stink face next time as well. :-)

Hallelujah for music slower downer (and the pdf, although I’m trying to hone my ear) I’m not even near tutorial speed yet. Thanks Magnus, I appreciate the way you broke it down into 2 and 4 measure sections.

Thanks Marjorie! Yes, you´re doing it right. No need to rush the tempo. Speed will come!

I've been hungry for this tutorial for a long time! Thank you so much. Tim O'Brien is a huge favorite of mine. Can you comment on the mandolin style of another player? Specifically, Kaleb Clauder of Foghorn String Band. Thank you, in advance. (greg)

Thanks Greg! I´m glad to hear that. I will for sure check out Kaleb Clauder. Any specific song you can recommend?
