It is a beautiful rendition of a beautiful composition on an equally beautiful RAga. Aalapana is especially good. The violin accompaniment is equally good. I wonder who the vidwan is? It is anomalous that such a beautiful rendition has barely thirteen likes!

This song has been tuned so beautifully in a rAgA as noted by another commenter below. However, I feel that the rendition is somewhat lacklustre because the lack of coordination between the lead and the accompanying singer, and what comes across as lack of involvement in the song. Someone of Maharajapuram's caliber ought to have made this splendid; instead it feels like a drag in places. I feel sad to say this because Sri Maharajapuram's rendition that impressed me so much (not this one, but another shorter one that used to be in a cassette) that I learned from it.
