महाराष्ट्र सरकार और मानीय न्यायदेवताऔं से ए भी निवेदन है कि जो बिल्डर(विकासक) समय समय पर करारानुसार घर व किराया (घरभाड) अदा नही करते उसे नोवेल /दंडसहित कारावस होना चाहिए

जबरजस्ती नही होना चाहिये। जो मेंम्बर नहि तय्यार होता है।उसके शंका का निराकरण होना चाहिये।कई जगह बाहुबली बिल्डर से मिले होते है,वो सिर्फ अपना फायदा देखते है और दबाव डालते है।

नही कोर्ट का आदेश ठीक है. क्योकी 30-35 साल पुरानी बिल्डिंग है, ना बेच सकते ना उसकी किमत बराबरआ सकती,कुछ दो चार लोगोकी वजहसे बिल्डिंग बननेमे अगर कुछ नेगेटिव्हिटी आ रही तो बाकी लोग क्यो परेशान रहेंगे, और बिल्डिंग की उमर तो बढते ही जायेगी. तो ऐसेमे इन दो चार लोगोकें लिये बिल्डिंग के बाकी सभासद क्यो घाटेमे जायेंगे. सरकार ने अच्छा निर्णय लिया. सरकार का इस बात के लिये स्वागत 🙏

इससे बिल्डर और सोसाइटी को दादागिरी करने का पूरा अधिकार दे दिया है, चाहे जिसे बेदखल करेगें, मनमानी।

79A की प्रक्रिया से हम अपना रिडेवलपेन्ट का कार्य बिना विघ्न पूर्ण कर सकते हैं. 79A की प्रक्रिया में विकासक(डेवलपर) या सोसायटी मेम्बर्स कोई धांधली कर ही नहीं सकते. लोगों को 79A के नियमावली को जानना बहोत आवश्यक है. महाराष्ट्र सरकार और केन्द्र सरकार को लाख लाख धन्यावाद है. 🙏🙏🇮🇳🙏🙏

This will be decided by court if member will go to court against removal of membership and govt cannot do anything even there is a law for that

This amendment should not be implemented it is injustice to the individual flat owner . Why it should be forcable to a member who is not ready for redevelopment . I will say there must be 100% consent of each and every member of the society for redevelopment . If even 1 member is not ready the redevelopment should not take place . Only the reason of the disagree member should be reasonable and fair.

If they give their desired houses for the member, why they will go against. They bring all new rules evertime. They ate giving only 340 sq mt. Usable only 180 . BMC only giving me only 340 , usable inly 180 . They want all electric meters in all rooms. Now bmc demolition and neighbour build illegal structure on my land. And BMC is not breaking the illegal structure, they are removing photo pass and electric meters

As per section 6A the managing committee will file complaint to planning authority for eviction of non cooperating members. Hearing will take place then decision will come. There is provision that against this decision of planning authority members can go High court. In this video it is not told in this case if members approach honourable High court against the decision of planning authority, can the committee will evacuate him pending high court decision?

सोसायटी रजिस्ट्रार ने रिष्वत खाकर illegal building ko society certificate diye hai usaka kya? Paisa khane ke bad illegal bulding ligal kaise hoti hai? Ye kanun ka apaman hai aur brashatachari hai iske bare me minister kya kahte hai? Hapta minister Tak jata hai aisa registrar kahte hai. Meri bulding 47 member ki hai , each person Rs 7000 rishwat Diya hai society registrar ko, lekin maine rishwat denese virod Kiya hai isliye society member ne mera share certificate nahi diya hai, mai kya karu rishwat de kar kaida kanoon todu? Agar kaida kanoon aap log todate hai to kanoon ka kya matlab? Fir ligal or illegal ka natak band kijiye.

Jo societies 38 sal purani hai usme 3ya4 flat owners senail dementia ya bed ridden hai wo na to meeting me aate hai na unka koi hai unka kya kare unko nikala to manawadhikar aayog bhi objection lega really speaking ye society act aur public trust act me bahot loopholes hai and her 1 test case karKehi nyay milata hai eg building weak hone jaisa alteration jab log karate hai to koi autharity kucha karti nahi aur builder aur sarkar milakar phataphat naye building banake new tax leneko mar rahe hai lekin 90 percent buildings construction me gayi aur pani shortage ki wajahase incomplete rahi to kya sabhi warsha ya sagar ya annya mantriyonke gharome jaye kya

संशोधन बहुत अच्छा होता है जब से बीजेपी की सरकार आई है तब से एक चीज हो रही है सभी चीज बिल्डर के फेवर में हो रहा है टैलेंट के फेवर में क्या है यह बताओ जरा मुझे आज मैं खुद 5 साल से बेकार हूं बिल्डर बोल रहे हैं हमारे पास पैसा ही नहीं है बिल्डर ना भाड़ा दे रहा है ना कुछ दे रहा है उसके लिए क्या किया आप लोगों ने कौन सा संशोधन लाया आप हम तो हमारा घर होकर भी बेकार है आज तुम संशोधन करने वाले बेशर्म हो तुमको उसकी पड़ी नहीं है और रह गई यह गोपाल शेट्टी की की बात जहां मलाई होती है वहीजाते हैं 5 साल में कभी दिखे नहीं है हमारे एरिया में कांदिवली ईरानी वादी में हमारे लिए टैलेंटो के लिए एक प्रावधान है 499 अगर बिल्डर घर नहीं बनता है तो टैलेंट वहां पर घर बना कर रह सकता है उसके लिए क्या हुआ
