Our residential complex, located near Rahul Maidan on Gokhale Road, Dadar, Mumbai, recently held meetings to discuss redevelopment. The society has two wings and boasts a favorable Floor Space Index (FSI) for potential redevelopment. However, a video presentation emphasized that other societies in similar situations are experiencing a substantial 150% increase in area. In contrast, our meeting with the PMC revealed that members in our case would only receive a modest 30% increase in area based on FSI. This appears significantly lower and not proportional to the redevelopment potential. We've observed several redevelopment cases in areas like Worli and Prabhadevi where residents enjoyed enhancements ranging from 150% to 300%. I strongly urge society members to carefully consider their options before taking any actions.

Urban dev department has notified on 29 Feb 2024 about adding clause 33(23) in dcpr 2033 about more fsi to buildings within 500m from boundary of each metro station on Colaba-Seepz Metro Line 3.

Sir Pagdi ke liye kuch aisa hai kya. Mai charni road rehta hu.hamare yaha ajmera builder aaya hai.mahada ne jo rule nikala hai 79 a ka.usme makan malik ka six month ho gaya. Lekin mahada ki taraf se tenent ko 79 a ki notis nahi aai.to hum kya kar sakte hai.

Sir what about collector land to freehold recliner rate to reduce to 5% why decision is kept pending though committed by CM and DCM in vdihan sabha and also by high court. Krupuya hya var lavkar nirnay ghya madhyam vargiya lokancha redevelopment var jiv tangnila lagla ahe. Nahitar savrva janta konhalach hya elections madhye vote karnar nahi ashi paraatitithi udbhavel so please do something on this issue before coming up elections.

This scheme is applicable to Housing Society Ltd and not applicable to Landlord Tenants Building

For all that First, you have to get your conveyance deed with landlord or get a Deemed Conveyance which gives ownership of the respective land to a housing society.
