Every experience, however deep it may be is within the perception of mind. The significance is if it inspires you to go deeper or drops in a static pit hallucination. Highest perspective (to realise the self/truth) should always be hold in one hand and all these experiences on another. Vedas in their initial part talking of rituals and upasana , gods, goddesses whereas in the end part that is vedant , negated everything and emphasised on Brahmin only as everything is pointed to and from self . Upnishadic philosophy has examples to make us understand everything in the path of self enquiry...and once the examples are understood, they are also to be discarded off. "Aham Satyam Jagat Mithya, Jivo Brhamaiv Napara." I am the truth ,the world is an illusion being only the perception of mind and body which itself being impermanent can never be truth.
