Coconut Rice Ver 2 | തേങ്ങ ചോറ്
Ingredients:
For coconut milk:
Coconut 1 c heaped
Water 1 1/2 c
For Rice:
Ghee 2 tbsp
Cashewnuts 1 tbsp
Grated coconut 3 tbsp
Cinnamon 1' piece
Cardamom 2
Cloves 3
Onion 1 sliced
Ginger small piece
Garlic 5
Green chilli 2
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Basmati rice 1 c
Coconut milk 1 3/4 c
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander leaves few
