Fish Molee | ഫിഷ് മോളി
Fish molee ,a Portugese origin dish is very popular in Kerala.
Fish is cooked with some whole spices in coconut milk to get tasty creamy gravy.
Any fish can be used for making fish Molee. Pomfrets, pearl spot are few of the popular preference of fishes in Kerala while making fish molee .
Best served with paalappam or bread.

Ingredients
Fish 500 g
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 piece
Cardamom 4
Peppercorns 1 tsp
Onion 2
Green chilli 3
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Curry leaves few
Coconut milk 11/4 c
Thick coconut milk 1/2 C
Cashew nuts 1 tbsp( soak in 2-3 tbsp water)
Salt
Tomato 1
Tempering
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Shallots 3
Curry leaves few
Dry chilli 1
