Not fair to compare with Hexa. Hexa's base to top variant are 2.5 to 3.5 Lakh expensive than Marazzo. Similarly comparing Hexa to Innova is also not fair because of massive price difference. I am sure Marazzo will be taxi union's new poster boy just like the old Innova was.

I think the idea was to make the MPV more tough, hard wearing, with more focus on longevity while the XUV caters more to non commercial private clients who prefer a monocoque with comparatively better driving dynamics. I think the product has a lot going for it, and should sell in decent numbers if they get the production quality right.

had a test drive and really impressed by marazzo..... pick up is great pulls easily to 110 in 4th gear very light clutch.excellent steering feel and feedback. gear shift is bit rubbery. this guy is the clear winner in terms of drivability and comfort. even the third row has more legroom compared to innova. best vfm

Aap logonko samajh mein kyu nahi aa rahahe. Xylo and Lodgy both are discontinued at this time MM is used Xylo chassis nd Lodgy engine and fooling ppl around with another shit priced for 16.5 lac Top-end. While you get Innova crysta for 18 lac 2.4gx variant. U ppl say Innova is expensive shit but there is a choice for customer where he can buy 2.4gx variant spend 20k more on accessories like music system with parking camera,fog lamp and show off with your relatives saying it's 25 lac car. But you guys can't do anything with Marazzo or Hexa Bcz both are updated version of failures & commercial cars. Coming to Marazzo it's priced at 9.99 lac which is VFM for Cabbies and not at all worth for Family who even spend more thats is 16.5 lac on Top-end.

P.S : iam not a maruti hater neither mahindra lover.Maruti just doesnt give superior build quality. Of the current lot at maruti only S-cross has a great quality which is a great crossover but then they removed 1.6 engine which was super. In short maruti is all about volumes they dont care about enthusiast, they could have given the swift sport from international market but they didnt. Hope ertiga has the new 1.5 diesel rather than the oldest laggy 1.3 multijet fiat engine.

Mohamed Shahbaz Samiulla hey listen....the S Cross 1.6 sold only 4000 units in 2 years while the 1.3 did 2000 in a month.....so they had to discontinued it......that might be the only reason Maruti is shying away from the Swift Sport....and if launched Swift sport would be cost around 12-13 lakhs.....no one would buy it as no enthusiast focused car has ever tasted success in the Indian market........and talking about quality.....none of the successful brands like Honda, Hyundai, Mahindra provide good quality products......Maruti is just highlighted due to the massive market share it has

Maruti could have done same with swift sport and trust me if the product is great it will sell like pancake in indian market though in limited number. Marazzo is commercial oriented vehicle it's 100% hit for Yellow Board as there is no other 7 seater vehicle for 9.99 lakh and there will be subsidy on it. But family people don't buy basic model when they opt for Top-end Marazzo it's 16.5 lakh, think when a guy plans going to Mahindra showroom with his family , so he books *uber* . Then Marazzo will take them to Mahindra showroom to book Marazzo

Faisal, I think Hexa is much better option than this car, might be it is body on frame chassis but that is hexa too with proper rear wheel drive. It has 1.5 lt engine where hexa has 2.2 lt. I think i would put my cash on hexa. What do you say?

Mr Abhi either 1.5 or 2.2 it doesn't matter in that 1.5 litter engine they have created 300NM of torque and 121bhp power which is more than enough for if 8 or 7 people's occupied in the car which is sufficient to go any kind of terrain

Innova is not overpriced if we see the overall build quality, fit and finish, after sales services of Toyota and most importantly the engine. All are far better than marazzo. So marazzo is good in its price range but don't compare it with Innova. And yes Mahindra's after sales service is not good when compared to Toyota after sales services.

Marazzo is awesome.. I got just delivered mine 5 days ago.. It is the only genuine 7 seater car.. Ride quality is superb, handling is very good.. Infotainment system works great.. Space is more than enough you feel very good n very comfortable in the 2nd row seats.. Air-conditioning is awesome.. Door pockets at the 2nd row is not that great yes you need to open the door to take big bottles but for smaller ones it's fine.. One more thing at night the welcome n dancing lights r just wonderful.. For me it's a very good package 100%value for money.. Nobody will regret fir buying MARAZZO..

A good review overall... But its not fair to compare Marazzo with Hexa... A top spec Marrazo's On Road Price in Mumbai is 16.67 L while the Tata Hexa XT is 22 L... As you said at the end of the video, ''at a slight premium'', I guess 5.5 L is not a slight amount by any means... One can easily get a practical hatchback like Tiago at 5.5 L for day to day city usage...

Basically a toned down Innova without the reliability of Toyota. For long distance I'd never recommend Mahindra vehicles, mine broke down at 13k km at 4am on nh8 boisar highway and it took them 6 hrs to send a tow vehicle.

Have to say the design has definitely made a huge jump ahead, with respect to finesse, subtelty, sophistication and class, compared to what Mahindra has put out in last few years from the XUV, KUV and TUV. Finally some of the effects from their North American design center, Ssangyong and Pinninfarina effects are paying off. But they are still quite a ways behind Tata whose designs have always shown a very high level of sophistication.
