I'm looking forward to learning about life for retired age folks, where they want easy accessibility to amenities, easy mobility without a car, etc. The videos show alot of water between the streets. Is there flooding or alot of insect infestation from all that water?

It's nice but I've been through mahogany Bay several times and it feels empty, loss of the island vibes. It's not for me. We have a house by the airport and love the location Recently came from placencia fell in love now I'd like a house to retire there.
