Hey there Doug, unfortunately we don't have an MLS in Belize so we had to go into every real estate companies sites and basically manually get all the of the data points

I would insist to ensure workers earn a descent wage/income there because I just got back from Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and although from a nature point of view I was blown away with the caves, natural pools, etc too many persons hustling you even on excursions. Even when you enter busses owned by excursion parks you are confronted with a sign in your face about tips appreciated by driver. Some taxis the same thing which is funny in some cases as the sign starts in English but the taxi driver don't speak it or refuse to. Please don't let Belize escalate like that. Keep the poverty level in check else it will eventually distract persons from coming back when it gets too overwhelming.
