Received my X50 V2 a few days ago and I am very impressed with the quality of the bag. I’m 65 years old and in my days have owned many packs, and this bag is as nice as I’ve ever owned!

When I got my first Shimoda bag I underestimated how useful these little pockets are. For having a place for empty packages and anything else I need to throw away later. And when I have my camera out while walking around I like to keep the lens cap in there, too.

I always shove an extra lens cloth inside or my lens cap when I have the camera attached to the peak design clip. Very useful to me at least.

I have the Action X40 with a medium DSLR core. I want to put a small "day bag" in the top of the X40 to use once I get on location. Do you have any suggestions for that? Something that will just fit in the top when full and is not soo bulky.

What do you mean by 'day bag'? What would be the intended use and contents? If camera gear, I might search for a shoulder bag that is less than 28cm wide and put it inside. Also if a simple one body + lens set up, a Top loader could do the trick.

@@ShimodaDesigns I would love to find a small bag that might carry a camera and a lens or to, that would perfectly fit inside the top part of the x40. I would pack it with small gear or clothes while it's in the x40. Then when I arrive at my destination, I would unpack it and put in a camera and lenses.

@@TheBigBlueMarble The Small DSLR Core Unit and shoulder bag style Skin or Top loader are options, but it depends on your gear needs. Regards
