Mail Carrier Lost My Package - Delivered to Wrong Place - or took it! King City, OR 97224

This female mail carrier always talks on her smart phone as she is delivering the mail. The blue ring around her neck is a wireless headset. This is why my package was delivered to the wrong address. I NEVER saw my package again. Maybe this female post carrier took my small package.
