When i chose the if-else option, my own appear another way that got me confused. and i can't do drag and drop as you did, or are you using a desktop? will the feature on a desktop be different from a laptop?

Appreciate the effort but as someone else mentioned, slow down a bit, take a breath between sentences so it's easier to follow. You speak like one of those text messages that has no punctuation - just one long continuous stream of words. But again, thanks for the effort, it's useful.

You can use only one audience in the unpaid/ free account. Yes you can create customer journeys/maps with the unpaid free account.
