29! Girl you are still sooooo young! Young and emotionally intelligent so you're way ahead of the game. One of the best thing I ever did was get therapy and get off meds for my mental health. I found more natural ways of dealing with my SADS and they have worked. I recently added Irish Seamoss with burdock root with amazing results. I've learned to embrace the rainy grey days of Seattle and enjoy them being cozy inside my beautiful house with my baby dog. Our minds are so powerful that we can change the outlook and our bodies and hearts will follow. Great to see you and Wolfie! Happy Birthday may you have many many many more!! 🥳 ❤
