Tips.... 1.mediatation 2.Music 2.keep doing things that you love all the day. 3.dont give even a minute to thing or people you dont like. 4.exercise. 5.good water intake 6.fixed sleep schedule 7.no mobile after 8pm. 8.dont repeat bad things. 9.keep yourself busy.dont give yourself any free time to think. 10.dont search anything on internet regarding mental diseases. 11.ignore negativity n it will die soon😄😄

Things which will help you : 1.Try to understand first that you are having anxiety and understand this. 2.Anxieties are not permanent they are just one of the negative feelings which will reduce with time. 3.Try to remove your attention from the symptoms to whatever you are doing with full concentration ( eating meditation, bathing meditation etc ) 4.Start regular yoga & meditation 0.5hrs in morning and same in the evening. 5.Don't fight with the symptoms and see it as is i.e don't panic about the panic. 6. Last I will suggest one book and must read it "The Joy of Living: Unlocking the Secret and Science of Happiness" Book by Eric Swanson and Yongey Mingyur. Please let me know if you need any further help.

Just surrender yourself Not with the life but with that pain. Ye aisa hai ki man lo koi aadmi roj aapke ghar pe aake aapko galiya deta hai aur aap bhi usko jawab me 10 galiya dete ho for hoga ye ki agle din se 8 galiya dega aur aap aur jyada ek din hathapayi bhi ho jayegi solution nahi niklega. Ab man lo agar aap chupchap ho roj sunte ho aur muskura dete ho to vo bhi ek din chup ho jayega ye soch ke ki isko gali deke kya fayada jab isko koi fark hi nahi pad raha. Same negative thoughts hote hai. Aur ye ek din me nahi hoga thoda time do khud ko aur affirmation karte raho, and agar life style me kuch problem hai to usko bhi change karne ki koshish karo, aue ye sab aapko khud karna padega, aur duniya me koi nhi samjhega real problem.
