Oh my goodness this video is so important!! Thank you so much for all that you’re saying! As a woman with irregular periods that I’ve had my whole life, the nuances to what makes them irregular is something I’m still learning. A really great book for this is: THE PERIOD REPAIR MANUAL. Everything E talks about is correct and this book also expands into vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Birth control is really terrible and E is correct it shuts down ovulation. When women are on synthetic hormones for years it shuts down the hormonal axis between the brain and body which is why we see the instances of infertility that we do. There is, of course, some further nuance - we live in a world where everything is poisoned and polluted so there’s almost no escape from some type of harm. Fresh and clean uncontaminated water is so important. Women need to stop using plastic, drinking from or eating with plastic, and make sure the water they shower in is also filtered because our skin is our largest organ and it’s incredibly sensitive. I can only pray for a man who understands the nuances of my monthly cycle. Thank you 🙏
