Sounds like a joke but it's true..it's day light robbery and it has to stop.. I dont get charged atm fee anywhere else in the world.. if the stupid banks can not maintain their atms themselves then they should close them.. banks operate atm so they can stay competitive. Even If they want to charge, they should inform you before you use the service.. my Nigerian banks charge me atm maintenance fee even though I am not in the country and I dont use my atm card. its really crazy that Nigerians are so silent about this..
